· We send to you our proposal.
· Via E-mail we receive the acceptance of the statement of work and
payment.
· We develop the 3d model and we sent to you the dummy angles of the
model for your consideration and approval.
· We insert the materials in the model for another deliverable for your
consideration and approval.
· We present the dummy renders with the pre visual in lighting, materials
and final angle. This also is a deliverable for your consideration and
approval.
· We send the final deliverable to you.
· We send bill for payment once final approval via E-mail
Notes:
For accomplish every step of this process we as unit consider,and accept every phase once is clear
and in the best result possible for the satisfaction of our customers.
Throughout the entire process the best course of action will be to have as much communication
as possible. From the begging to the end a project manager will be in charge of the project of
the renders.
DELIVERABLES
The high resolution of an image is between 3,000 and 4,000 pixels
· One image of the render in high resolution in .tiff format
· One image of the render in medium resolution in .tiff format
· One image of the render in low resolution in .tiff format
· One image of the render in .jpeg format
This will be send via internet
the deliverable of a hard copy in a disc via mail-express
SCHEDULE
In the best interest of the success of the project the best course of action will be to give us at least
10 days in ahead for planning and developing the project to give time for you too considerate the
work of the renders and with more time the more detail can be obtain of a render.
For exterior renders 8 days is the normal time of execution
For interior renders 8 days is the normal time of execution
For night time renders consider 3 days more of execution
This timeframe will be affected by the grade of detail that you need in particular for the complexity of
the project.
At all times the comunication can be obtain via online meetings at your desire via
MIKOGO.
